9/7 start of the fieldtrip and welcoming dinner

Today is the first day of our European Studies fieldtrip. We gathered at the hostel at 6:00 p.m. Then we went out and having the welcoming dinner together. On the way to the restaurant, Dr. Cristaudo told us, all Europeans are intellectual, even a shopping street have many philosophical things. I think this is right, because as I know, nearly all the subject we learnt in the school is originated in philosophy. Then, when we walk on a street, we can see there are many grids on the floor, each grid contains the name one philosopher and also their famous speaking, for example Newton etc.
During the dinner, there are many funny things come. For example, we order too much Salat, so everyone is shocked when more and more Salat was coming. Also, the menu is written in German, but most of us is not good at German, so some of us just order something randomly. Finally, when the dishes came, we forgot what we have ordered. Therefore, some people ate the dishes that not ordered by them. Many of us don’t know each other even we are in the same program for two years. Through the dinner, we started to know each other. I think this trip will be full of fun.
