11/7 DDG Museum and boat trip

In the morning, we went to the DDG Museum. The DDG Museum has collected many important documents and entities about the life of the Germans after Second World War. After Second World War, Germany was divided into Eastern Germany and Western Germany. The Eastern Germany was under the control of Russia and it also because a Communist country. But when comparing with the living of the people living in Western Germany, people in Eastern Germany are suffered. Their living standard is very low. I was impressed by some small ceramics figure which showing that the children are going to toilette. The title of these figures is ‘Collective potty breaks’, it showed that the children are taught to go to toilette together, they should go together and leave together. This is a kind of Social education in Eastern Germany, which has the color of Socialism.

After visiting the DDG Museum, we had a boat trip on Spree river. The view was so good, the feeling was quite different from the bus tour.

After taking off the boat, we walked through a street that for the memorial of those died in the World War.
Later, we visited the Schloss Charlottenburg. This is the living place of Elector of Prussia Frediernan I and his wife Sophie Charlotten. Their son, Frederick William I, who was also known as the ‘Solider King’, was also lived here. The palace was so beautiful, and there were manycollections of the things used by the kings and queens.

At the evening, we went to the Sonic Center, but there was not many shops selling digital products.
